Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last part of the delivery or the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Mark Perelmann, Lindenhofstr. 118, 68163 Mannheim, Germany, info@fechtklingen.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., by letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from a different method of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.
We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss results from handling them in a way not necessary to check their quality, characteristics, and functioning.

Special Note: UNIC FIE Blades – 2-Month Breakage Guarantee

For UNIC FIE blades, we offer an additional 2-month breakage guarantee from the date of purchase.
If your UNIC FIE blade breaks within two months under normal use conditions, you are entitled to a free replacement or refund.
Please contact us with a description of the issue and a photo of the broken blade to process your guarantee claim quickly and easily.
